Everyone here is phenomenal & go above & beyond: especially Dr. Jermin & Will & Jonathan & of course Dr Arthur. I’ve been to several places that treated me just like a number, but this place treat you honestly like a friend or family or even like a best friend. I spoke to another patient here who’s 75 & she said she’s been to several physical therapy centers & rehab places & she agrees that Total Care is also the absolute best so there’s your proof and if you don’t believe me try it one time and you’ll never want to leave!!! I have crippling arthritis and they honestly help me get my life back. You cannot put a price on that kind of care.

I had severe shoulder pain and was recommended to see Physical Therapist Artur Mullakandov. I live in Queens NY and took a 30-minute ride on Sunday to see this wonderful, clean, well-maintained facility and was welcomed with a receptive front desk staff that was polite, warm, and extremely accommodating. Thereafter, I met the PT, Artur who had examined me to understand the nature of my injury. Subsequently, Jonathan, who has amazing manual therapy skills, did some work on my bicept and shoulder area. I immediately felt so much better. Thank You Jonathan. Thereafter, I was introduced to Andrew, who does the acupuncture. I must admit, this was the first time in my life that I had done acupuncture and was never really a believer of western medicine, but I must say, Andrew did an incredible job. He was very professional, very observant and checked up on me every 2 minutes to ensure I was doing well. The facility is equipped with many different machines which are all too many to name, but my favorite was the traction machine that did an amazing job flexing my spine. Can’t say enough great things about the people that work here. Everyone knows what they are doing, very professional, very caring. You can tell that they love what they are doing and care greatly about their clients. I highly recommend this place to everyone. They get 10 stars from me!!!

Uff una atención exelente. La doctora es muy exelente. Me dieron estiramiento y masajes muy buenos. Llegué muy adolorida y salí como nueva. La muchacha que me atendió al frente es muy bella, me atendió muy bien con la registración. Me gustó todo.

This place is nothing short of amazing!! Reasons for going to physical therapy are usually no fun to begin with. At Total Care, with a staff team humbly dedicated to making you well, you are well on your way to getting better as they all contribute their expertise, knowledge, and care in the most conscientious, professional, and strategic manner--with the push you need at every step. Each session yields amazing progress. Each staff members has offered helpful additional tips and knowledge on different how-tos and the whys and exercises in addition to the regular sessions. I always feel listened to and attended to and free to ask any questions. All this at a very affordable cost and in an immaculate, trendy environment that makes you want to do your best!
